Harassment Complaint Form

Ontario’s human rights law ensures that all are offered an equal opportunity to earn a living, find a place to live, and enjoy services customarily available to the public without discrimination. Employees are able to make a harassment complaint to the employer if they have a reasonable basis to believe that they have experienced harassment or have been discriminated against.
